Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user-friendly websites using Craft CMS.
- Translate graphic design mockups into functional, responsive websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on speed, scalability, and SEO optimization.
- Build custom Craft CMS plugins and modules to extend website functionality.
- Maintain high code quality standards and ensure websites are accessible and compliant with web standards.
- Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical team members and clients to assess project feasibility and timelines.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure that the design intent is carried through to the development phase.
- Optimize website performance for speed and responsiveness across all devices.
- Diagnose and resolve issues on customer-facing websites, providing detailed analysis and solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Participate actively in client and team meetings, offering technical insights and updates on project progress.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain a high standard of coding practices.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in web development, CMS, and SEO to drive continuous improvement in our practices.
- Proficiency in SEO is a must.

Required Qualifications
- College degree, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience developing websites with CMS or equivalent.
- Demonstrated proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a portfolio of projects to showcase skills.
- Experience with a JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus.
- Proficiency in graphic design principles and software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Solid experience with any CMS, with the ability to create and manage content effectively.
- Expertise in designing responsive websites that offer a seamless user experience across devices.
- A thorough understanding of SEO principles and their application in web development.
- Exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
- The capability to independently manage projects as well as collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- English Proficiency Level: C1/C2
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within the electronics manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Experience with Craft plugin development and UI/UX design principles.
- Proficiency with PHP.
